Lighting brackets for street and area lighting
LATSTAB manufactures steel brackets for street and area lighting, used to position luminaires at the required angle and outreach. Each bracket is adapted to the specific pole, luminaire type and project requirements.
How brackets work in lighting
A bracket is a steel structure mounted on a pole to extend the luminaire away from the shaft and set it at the correct angle.
A properly selected bracket helps to:
- direct light precisely onto the carriageway or sidewalk,
- reduce glare,
- improve uniformity of illumination,
- align the lighting layout with the designed road class.
Bracket and fixing options
Depending on the pole and luminaire type, we offer different bracket solutions:
- Side-mounted brackets – brackets fixed to the side of the pole using clamps or clamp-type connections.
- Top-mounted brackets – brackets fixed at the top of the lighting column, allowing the luminaire to be installed directly on the pole head.
Where required, brackets can be single-arm, double-arm or designed for multiple luminaires.
Standards and corrosion protection
Brackets are designed in accordance with EN 40 requirements and protected against corrosion by hot-dip galvanizing in line with EN ISO 1461. On request, brackets can be coated in any RAL colour, matching the pole and surrounding environment.
